Our History
"Jinzhou Hongri Galvanized Equipment Co., Ltd." was formerly known as "Jinzhou Hongri Electric Appliance Factory." Established in July 1996, the company primarily deals with industrial electric heating furnaces and kilns, as well as the required stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast, and quartz heating elements, which are used in air, water, oil, metallic zinc, and metallic aluminum applications.
In March 2000, the company entered the hot-dip galvanizing industry, initially producing high-temperature (460–630°C) electric heating ceramic zinc pots and control systems, which are proprietary technologies of our company.
From 2003 to 2010, the company expanded into the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of hot-dip galvanizing equipment for steel wire production lines, structural components, and high-temperature galvanizing of metal miscellaneous parts.
In 2013, the company changed its name to "Jinzhou Hongri Galvanized Equipment Co., Ltd." to facilitate branding and promotion. To this day, our business scope primarily focuses on providing all equipment necessary for the anti-corrosion hot-dip galvanizing of iron materials.
Our Factory
Jinzhou Hongri Galvanized Equipment Co., Ltd. is located at the eastern end of the "Western Liaoning Corridor" in the modern port city of Jinzhou, Liaoning. The company is composed of numerous professionals and is a technology-driven enterprise that relies on high-tech innovation for its development. It is agile, dynamic, and highly specialized in technological development. The company integrates design, research and development, production, sales, and after-sales service, specializing in automatic hot-dip galvanizing production lines, galvanizing equipment, and environmentally friendly galvanizing equipment. After years of focused operations, our products are now available nationwide and have successfully expanded internationally.
The company holds four products with independent intellectual property rights and five products of independent innovation. Through years of research and development, the company has continually introduced new products, which are now used in various industries both domestically and internationally, including petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, textile dyeing, and hot-dip galvanizing. Since 2000, the company has developed and produced internally heated ceramic zinc pots, immersion-type heaters, electrical control systems, and hot-dip galvanizing production lines. Internationally, our products are available in countries such as Australia, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, El Salvador, Pakistan, Russia, Belarus, and Tajikistan, among others.
Our Service
Before the sale of our products, our company engages in in-depth discussions with the customer to understand the intended use of the product and the industries it will serve. We confirm the product's production capacity and the primary energy sources to be used. Based on this information, we prepare a design proposal that includes text, images, and layout drawings for the production line. Once the proposal is confirmed, we finalize the layout drawings for the workshop and confirm the water, electricity, and gas connections, as well as the layout. Both parties then confirm the production schedule and transportation timeline, after which the contract is signed. Our company will purchase raw materials according to the agreed technical specifications and begin processing. Each piece of equipment completed in the workshop will undergo inspection, assembly, and testing in accordance with the technical requirements. Once fully qualified, the equipment will be packaged and prepared for shipment. Once the equipment is delivered to the customer's factory, our company will send installation personnel to the site to carry out installation, debugging, and provide guidance to the customer's workers on how to operate the equipment.
