Introduction to the Galvanizing Line

The galvanizing line is a continuous production system designed for the surface galvanizing of steel pipes. It primarily employs either the full-immersion or dry-process hot-dip galvanizing method and comprises three main modules: pre-treatment, in-line processing equipment, and auxiliary systems. With an annual production capacity of 580,000 tons, the line's products are widely used in sectors such as construction, home appliances, and the automotive industry.

The core equipment includes the zinc pot, air knife, and external blowing devices, all integrated into an automated production line through a modular design. Recent developments have focused on intelligence and high performance-such as the introduction of robotics and the application of advanced coating technologies like Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium-as well as technical upgrades to boost capacity for heavy-gauge products or to convert the line into a dual-purpose unit capable of both galvanizing and annealing.
