The fully automated hot-dip galvanizing production line consists primarily of the following sections:
1. Raw Material Preparation: Pre-processing the metal materials-including cleaning, cutting, and straightening-to ensure they meet the requirements of the hot-dip galvanizing process.
2. Preheating: Heating the prepared metal materials to the temperature required for hot-dip galvanizing.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Immersing the preheated metal materials into a bath of molten zinc to complete the galvanizing process.
4. Cooling and Post-treatment: Cooling the galvanized metal materials and performing surface treatments-such as passivation or coating-to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.
5. Quality Inspection: Inspecting the galvanized metal materials to ensure compliance with relevant standards and customer specifications.
