Automation and Intelligent Control

The entire line utilizes computer control to optimize parameters such as line speed, tension, strip centering, furnace zone temperatures, furnace atmosphere, and zinc pot temperature, as well as to implement closed-loop control of coating thickness.
The strip steering system relies on core components such as photoelectric detectors, hydraulic servo systems, and PLCs, supporting modes including Center Position Control (CPC) and Edge Position Control (EPC).

The line is equipped with robots for tasks such as bundle dismantling, dross removal, and labeling; these systems effectively reduce staffing requirements and labor intensity while enhancing the level of automation and intelligence.

Post-processing and Surface Technology

Depending on specific customer requirements, processes such as passivation, phosphating, alloying, or the application of organic coatings can be employed. Superior passivation agent formulations are currently under continuous development; driven by environmental considerations, the shift from chromate-based passivation to chromium-free alternatives is a prevailing trend, and in-line phosphating for hot-dip galvanizing lines holds significant development potential.

High-efficiency cleaning technologies-such as high-performance magnetic filters, ultrasonic cleaning, dedicated high-pressure spray cleaning loops, and vacuum wringer rolls-are utilized to meet the stringent strip cleanliness requirements of high-end products, thereby ensuring excellent coating performance.
